TO STOP CHILD ABUSE !!!!

In this video shows that the little boy is crying but the father keeps scolding and abuse him. Even is the little boy done something wrong, the father should not abuse his children without any reason. And the mother does not come up to stop the father abuse the little boy. The video is around 8 minutes something, in the video father keeps battering the little boy and the little boy keeps crying as well. The third people inside the video keeps record the whole process.

This video are cause the human society to take serious again in this issues. Why the video that no one help the children, even the children keep crying the father keeps hit him and throw him in the sofa and hit again non-stop. For me, I cannot watch the video until end, because too cruel for children.

Are the children having any faults that parents or adult to abuse them? Children abuse is the way to teach them? No! There is no such way to teach children things when they done something wrong. That is unethical and not fair to the children in human society. Many cases about children abuse are happen in everywhere, every country.

According to Thesundaily.my reports that a four years old little Indian girl flees from home, because she is abused by her parents. The doctors that helping the little girl do body check, they were shocked to find the child's body bearing numerous old scars and fresh wounds. Through an interview by the “Police Sexual Crimes and Child Abuse Unit”, investigators learned that the girl had been hit with a hammer, spanner and pinched with pliers. That was a horrible and sad story from the little girl. Police keep searching her parents to get the truth.

What is child abuse?

Child abuse is a common phenomenon in human society. Child abuse is the most serious domestic violence act, because there is no ability to protect themselves victims of minors. Child abuse means those parents or other guardians of children deliberately and not accidentally or deliberately rather than violence to dereliction of duty to the child accidentally damage, injury or death behaviour. Can also be interpreted as broadly impose any harm on children behaviour.

These injuries directly affect the child's physical growth and mental development. Child abuse and some from within the family, multi-family poor marital relationship occurred, and some from outside the home, some of the mentally ill population. Abused children mainly for moral damage, low self-esteem, depression, despair, hostility, antisocial behaviour, mental disorders and suicide.

As the popularity of child abuse, currently no reliable global estimates. Many countries, especially low-and middle-income countries, there is no data in this regard. Preventive measures include public education, social intervention, training, and family functioning legislative intervention, in which legislation, law enforcement is the most important interventions currently. Only that some law can protect the children.

The reasons that the people want to abuse children:

The way that parents vent?

When the parents feel stress in their workplace, they will bring their emotion back to their home normally. But an unethical thing is that some parents will abuse children as reduce stress in their workplace. Even their children done some small mistake, they will scold and slap them. Parents should not be that to their children. It will affect the child's physical growth and mental development. They will have problem when they grow up such as low self-esteem, depression, despair, hostility, antisocial behaviour, mental disorders and suicide. And it will affect them while their communicate with others, they will feel low confidence as well.

The way of child’s education?

The way that parents educate their own children. If abuse them is educate them to guide them do right things. I am not agree with that, educate children can have many ways not only hit or slap them is the proper way. Child abuse is a global problem, and it gives children, caused by major trauma associated with his life.

The problem of the children or parents?

The attitude of parents also need to be correct as well. Reason is that children will follow their parent’s ways to live in future. Even children are abused they will memory those bad memory and use the same ways to their future child. Normally is not the problem of the children, cause children are represent back what their parents teach them. Children will start to think that they also want to reduce their stress from parents; they will start to beat up their classmate as the way to overcome their sadness and anger.   

Parents should control themselves, do not get the emotion or stress from workplace to home. Control themselves be calm to face any problem. Children are innocent and is a gift God has given them. To guide the parents lead their children through the years. Government can be a part as well to support the program. Need to adopt methods to prevent child abuse. Effective planning is the parents who support and teach positive parenting skills programs. Which are:

·  Nursing home visits for parents and children to provide support, education and information services

·  Usually provided by an active group parenting education, to improve parenting skills, increase knowledge about child development and to encourage the adoption of proactive management approach for children

·Take a multi-component interventions typically include support for parents and parenting education, pre-school and child care.

Prevention of child abuse programs. These programs are usually implement by schools, education of children to carry out the following:

·         Body autonomy

·         How to identify cases of abuse

·         How to say "no"

·         How a trusted adult to disclose abuse cases.

Through those programs can help the human society to reduce the case of child abuse in everywhere. Hope the parents will love their own children and do not hurt them, they are innocent. They have the right to enjoy in their beautiful childhood with parents. It will be a best memory in their life.

Discrimination against African Americans

Here will integrate multi-ethnic and cultural values in order to reflect upon their own patriotic values citizens who love the country to achieve nation building. Through 50^th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech they want to voice out their hope. Nowadays they still discriminated against by the white people at United States, the African Americans expect to be treated equally. In the end of the report will write about the personal reflection about this issue.

Discrimination not only happens in United States, it also happen is Southeast Asia. Especially on Malaysia, even they have three main racial in the country, but their discrimination is less than the United States. That is unethical and not fair to the African American, because they are a people also. They also want to survive in the society as well. Why the white American won’t give them a chance. Even Barack Obama become the first black president in United States, discrimination problem still haven solves.

One of the 17 years old African American Trayvon Martin shot dead in Florida, but the police officer George Zimmerman is not guilty verdict, reacted strongly, United States racial issues once again become the focus of the society. Why the police officer will be not guilty verdict, it because he is the white American so will be fine. The police officer should be punishment, and not guilty verdict. That is unfair to the black American and sorry to deceased. In addition salute to the Martin Luther King, people also made many new appeal, including income inequality, voting rights, immigration reform, and street violence in the parade.

Nation Marks 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s “i have a dream” speech; 10 thousand people assembled to commemorate

The late United States black civil rights leader Martin Luther King’s “I had a dream” speech is ushered in the 50th anniversary at Washington, United States. Around 10 thousand people are assembled to commemorate, gathered at the Lincoln Memorial again to review back Martin Luther King’s dreams 50 years ago.

Martin Luther King is the person to voice out the resident of black American. So that he came out “I had a dream” speech to wish all the African American will be treated equally and getting a job opportunity to survive in the society. It can decrease crime cases happen in United States. In 21^st century, people are start to realize that human rights is very important, so that few numbers of the white American try to support them and the whole world will get attention to the discrimination problem.

 

RACIAL ISSUES BECOME THE FOCUS

The African American facing true equality is still far away. They still facing discrimination in their workplace. United States president Barack Obama earlier in a speech in New York, said that half a century, blacks (African American) have a great opportunity to advances, but still there are a lot of obstacles and restrictions, the poverty rate of blacks is still higher than whites(white American).

According to Washington Economic Policy Institute (EPI) specialist Heidi Shierholz says that, if apply a job with white's name, the opportunity to obtain a relatively high reply, so that discrimination still exists nowadays. Through the commemorate, they can voice out their problem and let all the people around world realize that discrimination is very serious in United States.

At the conclusion, I felt that discrimination is a very serious issue around the world. Through the commemorate in United States, all the people around the world are focus on this issue again. I still cannot understand why the whites will keep discriminate the African American because of differences of complexion and attitude. Around 10 thousand African American people surrounding at Washington to voice out their problem. I am support the African American keep on fight to become equally in United States, African American will dream come true in future. The blacks and whites are living in one country around one century, they can know each other as well not only keep thinking they are bad people and always rob money. After one century ago, people will change as well is not keep discriminate the African Americans.

Why the African Americans become robber? That was the simply reason which is the African Americans do not have a fixed job. As I mention before the Africans American are not easy to get a job. In particular 20 to 24 year-old black unemployment rate up to 23%, appears to Harlem everywhere have yobs. Black unemployment rate still higher than the whites nowadays (blacks 12.6%, whites 6.6%)."Time" magazine pointed out that the last half century, blacks in the great advances in education and politics. In 1963, without a black senator, only five black congressmen.Today, there is a black senator, 43 black congressmen in United States.

The reason is because of Martin Luther King, he given a speech called “I had a dream” says that “Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice.” He is try to help black fight for fair treatment in the past 50 years. So that after 50 years Barack Obama becomes the first African American president in United States.

Discrimination will make people unbalanced mind, reason is that people will feel that unfair for them and they will start to think positive things such as rob to get money. In order to avoid the African American are discriminated, government of United States should give some seminal or small talk to change their American’s mind realize that everyone are equal.

TO STOP HUMAN TRAFFICKING!!!

What is human trafficking?

 

Human trafficking is the series crime and a critical violation of human rights.Trafficking in persons is a serious crime and a serious violation of human rights. Every year, thousands of people include children fall into the hands of traffickers, in their own countries and around the countries. Almost every country in the world is affected by trafficking, whether as a country of origin, transit or destination for victims. According “The Sun Daily”, World Youth Foundation chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam say that to stop human trafficking need all the society solve it together. So that the human trafficking will decrease.

In order for human trafficking to work, the traffickers either have to force or some ways to persuade victims to accompany the trafficker to the destination point. Common means of ensuring victim compliance with departing from their point of origin include abduction or kidnapping, purchasing of a child from their parents, deception through the promise of employment to entry into a country, deception about working conditions and so on.

Annually, between 700,000 to two million women are smuggle across international borders and exploited for slavery or sexual services.Sex trafficking is simply known as trading of sexual hard labor.  Women will become the target of traffickers, all the society will become serious try to solve these problem. Most believe that human trafficking only takes place in Third World countries. What people don’t know is that human trafficking of any kind happens everywhere, even in the advanced countries.

For my opinion, human trafficking is unethical. I cannot believe that still have people doing human trafficking in 21^st century. Traffickers try to get them to exchange money. Traffickers like to get children to become beggar or labour trafficking. They also treat them bad like a dog; after the children are useless traffickers will kill them and throw it away. Day after day they feel that these ways are easier to get money and they will forget the philosophy and ethical.

Human trafficking is ethical?

For me that human trafficking is unethical, it will destroy happiness of family. Children and women lost their family and the whole life will break on hands of traffickers, if police cannot be find them. Human trafficking is that people using violation of human rights cheat to the human trafficking victims. Base on the philosophy, all the religion is not allow people doing human trafficking. Reason is all the people are unique and special, they cannot control by anyone.

But I still think that human trafficking is unethical. Human trafficking is not a proper way to get money, and why the traffickers cannot find a normal job to work. I will try to understand them and because they become social outcasts so that make them to violation of human rights. Reason is they have no choice, they also need to survive with family. Traffickers will think that human trafficking is not wrong because that is the job to survive in this society. They have no choice, so that they choice this job to do even they know human trafficking is unethical.

Mostly is because trafficking is lost their job in society and no one can help them. So they choice the violation job to survive. Their philosophy is break so that they will try to cheat people to become labor trafficking. If they lost their own belief and philosophy, they will think that doing everything is right including murder also.

How to decrease human trafficking?

Rules

Government can solving the problem needs tough laws and enforcement. People will know that doing human trafficking is unethical in the country. But in some countries, punishment for human trafficking crimes is less severe than drug trafficking. So punishment should change because it useless in 21^st century anymore. People will realize that government use tough laws and enforcement to control human trafficking happen in the country. So people should know the severity of doing human trafficking.

Conference

Through the International Conference on Trafficking of Women and Children to discuss about problem face in third country. Advanced country such as US, the UK and Singapore also can take part in this conference to voice out the suggestion to solve the problem. So that third country will not have human trafficking happen anymore.

Programme

People can join the non-profit organisation to help human trafficking out of the shadow and know more about human trafficking happen in the world. Through the non-profit organisation, traffickers can find a new jobs opportunity in future. People can learn to communicate with the victims and traffickers, find out what are the problem that they facing through the non-profit organisation.

One of The Project to End Human Trafficking (PEHT) is a non-profit organization as part of the anti-slavery movement. The initial purpose of the founders was not to begin an organization, but simply to offer educational lectures about human trafficking. The Project provides education lectures and seminars locally, nationally, and internationally that address topics in human trafficking such as culture, sex tourism, and victim identification. An important component of the education lectures is the provision of information about how individuals and organizations can participate in the anti-human trafficking movement.

Nowadays, PEHT focus in anti-trafficking league building, educational, direct service to victims, and league with other national and international organizations in the global fight against human trafficking.​​ Make sure no one will be the next victims of human trafficking.

So for my opinion is that human trafficking is unethical, and it should be solve it as soon as possible. Joining the non-profit organisation to help the human trafficking victims to out of the shadows and help the traffickers to find the new job opportunity to them. Through the PEHT, I realize that just only few of non-profit organisation to help the human trafficking victims and traffickers. Ethics learning is very important in real life, so we can judge what kind of way doing is ring or wrong.
